Traditional timber decks serve as fuel in wildfire events. We eliminate that structural vulnerability by building exclusively with non-combustible steel framing, selection grade porcelain tile, and fire-rated Class-A composite decking.

Our Approach to Deck Engineering

We treat deck construction as structural engineering, not quick cosmetic work. Every project we undertake is built to strict Wildland Urban Interface (WUI) standards and local Placer and Nevada County building codes.

Integrated Property Hardening

A non-combustible deck serves as the critical first line of defense for a foothill estate. For our full scale deck construction clients, we offer optional integrated property hardening upgrades, including ember-resistant vent retrofits, eave modifications, and fire-safe siding transitions, ensuring complete protection where your deck meets the structure.
